TAMPA BAY, FLORIDA
Reach St. Pete provides free resources aiming to serve those experiencing homelessness, low-income, and at-risks situations. Their goal is to bridge the gap between people and the resources they need. The vision is that everyone has the opportunity to gain access to the resources they need to obtain a better life.
We offer a monthly Trauma Informed Yoga Program for youth at Reach’s Motel Outreach.
Hands Across The Bay was developed to positively impact the lives of as many Tampa Bay residents as possible. They assist and mentor hardworking families in need, advocate for change, support other organizations, and spread love with various acts of kindness. Through our work, we hope to inspire our community to become more compassionate, empathetic, and charitable.
We offer a monthly Trauma Informed Yoga Program for Adults and Youth at HATB donation center.
The Spring of Tampa Bay provides safe spaces and empowering services to survivors of domestic violence and their children.
We offer a monthly Trauma Informed Yoga Program for staff members.
CASA challenges the Societal Acceptance of all Forms of Domestic Violence, CASA Stands up to Silence through Advocacy, Prevention, Intervention, and Support Services. Our Vision: A Society Free from Domestic Violence.
We offer a Trauma Informed Yoga Program for Adults and Youth biweekly at CASA’s Outreach Center.
NORFOLK, VA
Samaritan House is committed to fostering personal safety, growth and self-sufficiency in adults and their children through the freedom from sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking and homelessness.
The "Heal the Helper" program was created to support "trauma stewards". The program is focused on providing yoga practice as a source of practical, effective, and efficient means of engaging in self-care for advocates working with survivors of violence.

Through individual therapy, couples counseling and life coaching, we work to bring people into a greater awareness of who they were created to be so they can step into their fullest potential.
