This project’s mission is to raise awareness about domestic violence and support and empower individuals affected by abuse using yoga practice and philosophy. Healing from trauma takes a tribe of support and your presence makes a difference!

Proceeds from the sale of this fundraising retreat go directly to Purple Dot Yoga Project to help support our healing programs for survivors. Deepen your yoga practice, dine on delicious gourmet cuisine, enjoy ocean-front eco-lux accommodations, relax in the sun and share heartfelt connection with yogis from all over the world. Rejuvenate while supporting a worthy cause.

Every month we visit our Pinellas County DV shelter and create a one of a kind farm-to-table style restaurant experience for 20 of their participants. 
Join us, as we cook, and serve up a nutritious meal for these deserving human beings.

Stop by our table at ROCK ASANA and say hey, learn how we make a difference, and shop our mindful merch!
The Fourth Annual ROCK ASANA is a classic rock themed yoga class put on by Bella Prana Yoga Studio! It is free, open to the public and all levels are welcome. With our partner Conscious Coconut a meal will be provided through Feeding America for every person who attends. Last year over 700 meals were provided!

This FREE YOGA class will be led by Roni Elissabeth Sloman, owner at Bella Prana Yoga Studio.

DJ MENSCHA will be our guide for his fourth year spinning the tunes at Rock Asana!

This year there will be FOOD TRUCKS and MUSIC after class so bring a blanket and plan to stay after!

Join the TPA Lady Project and The Purple Dot Yoga Project for Active Night. This class is open to all levels and will invigorate and rejuvenate as you jump into a new week.
Join us afterward for a small social and bites.

The class will be led by Kate Berlin, founder of The Purple Dot Yoga Project. The organization’s mission is to use yoga and mindfulness for trauma healing and raise awareness about domestic violence and relationship abuse.

Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat (limited mats will be available for those that don’t have one).

WHAT: Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training
*200 hour YTT required* 


This 3 day program co-led by Purple Dot Yoga Project Founder Kate Berlin and PDYP West Coast Director Liz Arch, is designed to give yoga teachers the tools to responsibly and compassionately teach to individuals and communities that have been impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and trauma. 

You will learn valuable, research-backed tools to help people heal and release trauma in the body and mind, break through limiting beliefs and patterns, and access greater resiliency, confidence, self-worth and empowerment.
