Adult Yoga Programs

Our in shelter adult yoga program uses yoga to help with stress management and restoring an individual’s sense of empowerment and self-regulation. Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to reduce anxiety and depression, improve the way you relate to yourself and others, and create a greater sense of contentment and equanimity.

We provide participants in this program accessible tools that they can use to thrive.
