One on One Yoga for Survivors

We offer a free 8 week one-on-one yoga program for individuals impacted by domestic violence and trauma.

Our 8 week program provides individuals a foundation based in yoga to help heal and move from survivor to thriver in the aftermath of trauma.

Our course covers:

  • Meditation
  • Breath work
  • Journaling
  • Asana
  • Mindfulness

Because of our limited availability registration into our program requires a pre-screened application. We do our best not to turn anyone away, but currently have a running waitlist on a first come first serve basis.
