Liz Arch // West Coast Director
Liz Arch is a yoga teacher, martial artist, certified life coach and the creator of Primal Yoga®. She holds multiple yoga certifications, including a SmartFlow Yoga certification from Annie Carpenter, a Yoga Tune Up® certification from Jill Miller, and a Trauma-Informed Yoga certification from Hala Khouri and Kyra Haglund. She is also trained in Yoga Nidra and the BioDynamic Breath & Trauma Release System. Liz has graced the covers of international yoga magazines including Yoga Journal, Om Yoga Magazine, Yoga Life Magazine, and Yoga & Wellness Magazine and has contributed as a health and wellness expert to Self Magazine, Yoga Journal, Haute Living, Vital Juice, Elephant Journal, and more. She is a firm believer in the capacity of yoga to heal on both a physical and emotional level. She currently serves as the West Coast Director for Purple Dot Yoga Project and co-runs PDYP’s Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training Program with Founder, Kate Berlin.
Arielle Zadok // Operations Director
Arielle Zadok is a Producer, Business Strategist & Health Coach with over a decade of experience working with some of the biggest brands and celebrities in the world. From orchestrating film sets with hundreds of people, to helping solo entrepreneurs build their businesses from the ground up, Arielle brings with her the ability to see the big picture while caring for the details it takes to get there.
Jen Watson // Community Outreach Director
Olivia Pelts // Director of Mental Health and Crisis Services
Olivia has been working with adults and teenagers for the last decade in various settings both domestically and internationally. Olivia is the founder of Sunshine City Counseling and is passionate about helping individuals live in the full potential they were created for. Additionally, Olivia is honored to be serving as the Director of Mental Health and Crisis Services for the Purple Dot Yoga Project. Every Monday she can be found co-hosting The Nasty Girls Podcast where she and Amy discuss all things fitness and health related. Olivia is under the direct supervision of Ben Hutchings, LMHC of Open Doors Counseling.
